The length of the deposit is dependent on the length of the rental period. For rentals 10 months and over, the deposit is two months.
Yes. We allow pets in some apartments. There is a small monthly fee and an additional half month’s security deposit.
No. None of our apartments allow smoking.
Most pricing on our site specifies a 3-year contract. Alternate prices for 2 year and 1 year terms are also listed.
Prices listed on our site are exclusive of utilities and house costs unless otherwise specified. We are always happy to discuss all-inclusive pricing options.
Many of our homes have parking spots available below the building or immediately adjacent. The availability of parking is listed on each property’s page. The cost of parking is always separate. Please inquire for details.
