We require a two month deposit for most rentals.
Yes. We allow pets in some deposit. There is a small monthly fee and an additional half month’s security deposit.
No. None of our apartments allow smoking.
The price and listed conditions on the apartment’s page represent a 12-month rental term. If you would like a shorter term, please let us know and we can discuss changes to the price and conditions.
