Early Check-in & Late Check-out
Overview
Our short-term guest accommodations are large, premium spaces that requires extensive preparation between guests. Our cleaning and turnover process uses the full time between 10:00 and 16:00, and same-day bookings are common. Because of this, early check-ins and late check-outs can only be offered when we block the adjacent night before or after your stay.
If you would like to extend your stay beyond the standard check-in or check-out hours, we can block the night before or after your stay thereby securing the full day of your arrival or departure.
Rates
Blocking the adjacent night costs 50% of the nightly rate in question.

8:00 AM check-in (instead of 16:00)
8:00 PM check-out (instead of 10:00)
Full-day access to the apartment
Flexibility and privacy: no cleaners, no schedule pressure
Guaranteed availability regardless of preceding/following bookings
Why This Policy Exists
With large accommodations, we require a full cleaning window between guests. Early arrivals or late departures mean:
The cleaning team cannot start or finish on time
Same-day bookings (including last-minute reservations) cannot be accepted
Other guests’ reservations may need to be declined
Cleaning schedules and staffing must be reorganized
As a result, offering guaranteed early/late access requires us to secure the entire turnover period by blocking a full night on our calendar.
Important Notes
This policy applies regardless of how early or late the request is made, because our cleaning and booking schedule is determined by full-day availability.
If the adjacent night is already booked, early check-in or late check-out may not be possible.
